Welcome to House Of Signatura Creativa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of any products through it, including custom and personalized stationery. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
1. Who We Are
House Of Signatura Creativa is a stationery and planner brand offering ready-made and handcrafted, personalized products. Orders are coordinated through our website and confirmed via WhatsApp, where we finalize customization details, sizing, and delivery with you directly.
2. Orders & WhatsApp Communication
Placing an order or submitting an inquiry through our site may open a conversation with us on WhatsApp to confirm product details, pricing, customization, and delivery. An order is only considered confirmed once we have acknowledged it and, where applicable, received payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or when an item is no longer available.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown on the site at the time of your order and are subject to change without notice. Payment methods and terms will be confirmed with you during checkout or through our WhatsApp conversation. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and contact information.
4. Custom & Personalized Orders
Many of our items, including Creativ Journaling notebooks, are handcrafted and personalized to order. Custom orders typically have an estimated production time of up to 30 business days and begin only after all customization details have been confirmed with you. Because these items are made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started, and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or materially different from what was agreed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
